With the proposal to move Neely Elementary students to the Houston campus, this intersection is going to be very dangerous with the increased traffic. This should not fall completely on the shoulders of the school district to make this intersection safe for the students.

With increased houses and high density residential going in, as well as the widening of Recker, it is becoming increasingly difficult to safely make a left turn out of the neighborhood. It is especially difficult for buses coming from Gateway Pointe Elementary as well as school traffic before and after school.

Would love to have a left turn caution arrow at this intersection. Many times going through it when nobody is going eastbound but the left arrow is red and have to wait to cycle through green in n/s first. Really would like the left turn caution at all major intersections.

A signal needed at this trail crossing! Traffic is increasing and this trail is used to get to the library and the Riparian Preserve, but it becoming unsafe to cross at times without a crossing signal. It’s the only main road without one on the trail from Kyrene on east.

Between school traffic, the bus lot and now the new shopping center in Gilbert and Warner, it would make sense to put a traffic light up on Mesquite, Rawhide or Hackamore and Gilbert. Probably whichever one is also an entrance to the parking lot on the east side of Gilbert.

Congestion is really bad on weekends northbound at the Gilbert and Elliot intersection.

Consider right turn lane arrow when center lane going south from the freeway. Chandler has a lot of these. Dont see many in Gilbert. Would help the flow. I travel this every am.
-
Large intersections, such as Guadalupe and 87, could benefit from dedicated right turn lanes.

Large intersections, such as Guadalupe and McQueen, would benefit from a dedicated right turn lane.

Take out parallel parking and put in right turn lane. Move speed limit back up. The traffic backup is already bad and the area isn’t even fully developed.
-
Remove the on street parking at Riggs and Williamsfield.
Why the general driving public is being forced to endure bad apartment complex design I do no understand. The complexes should be responsible for their own parking. Not forcing everyone who lives around and drives in this area to slow to absurd speeds that nobody in their right mind will follow.
We will not obey this speed limit, remove it.
At the very least, bring it up to 35. That seems like a reasonable compromise.

Add a flashing light crossing path or bridge for bicyclists and pedestrians. this crossing is SO close to a major intersection and kids use to travel to/from elementary school.

It is very hard to make a turn out of here, especially during school start/end times at nearby Haley Elementary. Not only is it busy, but it is hard to see traffic coming from the south and it is confusing as Lindsay goes from one to two lanes. Would love to see a stop light here and a pedestrian bridge going over Lindsay Rd. would be wonderful!
-
Would love to have a sidewalk on this section of Lindsay.
-
Warner and Lindsay we need a right turn lane from Warner to Lindsay.
-
We need traffic light at Ray and Concord.
-
Need safe pedestrian/bike path into the park, under or over Higley Rd
-
There are no ADA ramps at this crosswalk.
-
Adding pavement and a safe railroad crossing here would be great. Similar to the Powerline trail railroad near Neely where the bridge is being built (which I love).
-
Elliot Rd between Neely and Gilbert Rd should have bike lanes
-
What happened to the blacktop? The canal needs to be paved again.
-
Need bike lanes

Please add bike lane.
