Dangerous turnout, make turn right only or something? I see a lot of accidents right here.
-
Please finish this project. It is taking forever.
-
Why is this road project taking forever to finish up? It appears stalled right at the end.
-
add crossing signal
-
New signal in front of Fry's is often triggered for no reason.
-
dangerous to cross Power Rd where the Queen Creek Wash trail ends but also dangerous to cross at Power Rd/Queen Creek Rd intersection because right-turning vehicles often not looking for pedestrians/bicyclists; add trail crossing signal at trail crossing or extend trail under Power Rd
-
make this a real trail; this should be a higher priority than improving the trail section just east of Gilbert Rd that already has a shared use path
-
Need traffic light for trail crossing; how many more people have to die before we start prioritizing the safety of pedestrians and bicyclists over saving a few seconds of drive time?
-
Add northbound right-turn lane with pork chop island, right-turn overlap phase, and acceleration lane so northbound right-turn can go the same time as the westbound left-turn/u-turn without conflicting with each other
-
very unsafe eastbound and westbound left turns; remove medians at intersection and replace with half-spheres and shift left turn lanes so can see around opposing left-turning vehicles
-
Remove medians on north and south legs at intersection and put those yellow half-sphere things down instead and then stripe the left turn lanes so vehicles can see around opposing left turning vehicles; very dangerous trying to turn left; the lagging left turn has helped some but need geometric improvement too
-
Add signalized crossing of Germann along trail or extend trail under Germann bridge - very dangerous to cross
-
Change 25 mph speed limit back to 45 mph or at least 35 mph. It makes no sense to have it at 25 mph now. If the area ever fully develops like envisioned and there are lots of pedestrians like in the Heritage District, ok to drop speed limit then, but doing it now just encourages drivers to ignore it because it doesn't "feel" like a place one needs to slow down
-
Extend Queen Creek Wash Trail under Higley Rd and connect to Gilbert Regional Park
-
Extend Queen Creek Wash Trail under Power Road and connect to trail/sidewalk on north side of Trilogy along Queen Creek Road

At the pedestrian hybrid crossing where it has two solid red lights then will alternate flashing red where you can proceed if clear, drivers for the most part seem not to understand this concept/see the sign that says proceed if clear when flashing and can hold traffic up assuming it is clear. I will say although it’s frustrating when people don’t understand this at least it’s better than a full stop light (like on warner between Val it’s and greenfield) the amount of time it is red typically is much longer than it takes people to cross and again holds up traffic so I like these hybrid ones where you’re able to proceed when clear but also maybe a stop sign situation could be better or the sign for proceed when clear if flashing could be better displayed or something

Please consider making downtown Gilbert a pedestrian-only zone along Gilbert Road from Guadalupe to Elliot. It's extremely dangerous.
-
Sidewalk extension from Ray road North/South to connect at Greenfield w/o having to go around and under rail road tunnel
-
Widen the intersection so traffic on Higley can see oncoming traffic when making a left turn onto Germann.
-
With Lindsey increasing to 4 lanes we will need a traffic light here to safely enter Lindsey from Lovebird
-
With Germann road increasing to 4 lanes of traffic we will need a traffic light at this intersection to safely enter Germann road.
-
Several large square holes that are going to get someone hurt. With the amount of pedestrians and bikers from outside of the islands all of Islands drive could benefit from improvements. Many areas the side walks are heaving.
-
This section of the canal is very nice but could points of interest like planters, murals be added?
-
Addition of some kind of pedestrian light signal.
-
The upper slopes of Freestone rarely are utilized for anything. Why not add unpaved walking biking routes.
