Speed Limit to the East and South of Elliot and Gilbert need adjusting.
There is not a good reason to have Elliot East off Gilbert be any less than 45.
There are no school zones or other that requires impeding of momentum. Especially due East.
Gilbert south of Elliot need not be 25mph, or 35mph for that matter. There is no school right on the street. This just causes unnecessary frustration and driver irritation. The street is wide and need not be so slow.
West and North are fine. The reasons for that are understandable. the Historic district is cramped and pedestrians are everywhere. We get that.

The south west side of Ray at this intersection, and the south west side of Higley just past the filling station on either side is missing sidewalk which makes it difficult to walk or bike ride (on the sidewalk) through this area. Please fix this.

Gilbert Road south of Elliot is a place I have to travel through 4-6 times a day for work. The speed limits in this area seem unnecessary. There are no school children, the road is wide, and unlike a mile further north, there are not a lot of businesses or foot traffic. 45 makes more sense below Elliot.

I no longer use Williams Field west of Higley because of the speed limit changes. They frequent speed changes are very frustrating and seem unnecessary.

Better enforcement of an almost daily use by dirt bikes and other off road ate's etc.

Remove street parking - adding to congestion especially with only having 2 lanes
-
The canal walking and biking trail ends essentially at pecos and Lindsay — Mesa and chandler trails far exceed Gilbert’s walking and hiking trails along the canal.
-
Get rid of the light here. It has only delayed getting out of the neighborhoods.
-
Thank you for adding in a interchange here. Hopefully you’re trying out a new technology like the diverging diamond to help deal with the literal ton of traffic that will go through here.
-
Some more of those “please don’t feel bad about not giving to the homeless but give to organizations instead” signs around homeless hot spots would be nice.
-
Why is there on street parking next to a regular neighborhood? This is not necessary, please remove.
-
Stop light at this location?
Turning left out of Chaparral Estates West at either entrance is difficult. That would put a lot of lights on Williamsfield.
Turning onto this road, it is often difficult to tell which lane a car is in, leading to us sitting and idling longer than necessary.

Could we try some roundabouts along market street to help get traffic flowing better in and out of the shopping center?
-
Please give diverging diamonds a try at busy intersections like this.
From the research I’ve done, this should help keep traffic moving and keep the traffic from backing up onto the 202. Some of this should be alleviated from the new Lindsey interchange.
-
Add a 2nd left turn lane from northbound San Tan Village Parkway onto Westbound 202 on ramp. Traffic frequently backs up to Pecos. The 3 thru lanes are underutilized and it would be easy to convert the left thru lane to a left turn lane to improve traffic flows and congestion.

school drop offs & pickups are causing very dangerous traffic situations in this area.

this is a very dangerous crossing for cyclists and walkers
