sidewalks on illinois leading to down town would be very nice for walking
-
Sometimes in winter, this section of the bike path doesn't get cleared as frequently as other sections and makes for tough walking/biking.
-
The City needs to do a better job clearing snow from the sidewalks of aurora drive. This is a macs and school bus route. It also ties to the college rd sidewalks and johansen bike paths. Pedestrians have to walk in the aurora roadway to reach the other pedistrian routes in winter.
-
sidewalks/bike paths along on the old steese north of the trainor gate rd RR crossing would be a very big improvement
-
Please clear the snow on the college to steese section of the johansen expressway bikepath during the winter. It is the only path to the box store shopping area from college rd.
-
It would be nice if the danby to college section of the johansen bikepath were kept clear of snow in the winter. I walk that route frequently year around.
-
A reasonable route from Badger Road to downtown would be awesome. Commuters who do not have base access have to ride on the Rich. The closer to town, the higher the hazard to cyclists.
-
The old bike trails between the Old Steese (starting at the Farmer's Loop crossing) and to the Clay Street Cemetery provide a good route to get downtown but are poorly maintained.
-
Constant problem with gravel being thrown up on the bike trail by 4 wheelers. Is there a barrier that can be erected to keep 4 wheelers off the bike trail?
-
Recent patches on asphalt edge have helped make this stretch safer.
-
No shoulder makes this stretch dangerous for cyclists.
-
This whole retail area was poorly designed with regard to pedestrian and bike traffic.
-
Birch Hill Road has no shoulder and a ton of traffic. A wide shoulder or separate path that would lead up to the ski area would be great.
-
biking and walking near walmart, home depot, fred meyer complex is hazardous; no bike or pedestrian paths
-
Impossible to bike on safely except along frontage roads which don't go all the way thru. A true bike and pedestrian unfriendly road, but major businesses for shopping etc
-
Murphy Dome needs shoulders, too much traffic in the last 10 years and too narrow for bikes
-
Good route across town from west, but needs a way to cross on/off ramps and make it legal to ride a bike on.
-
Needs shoulders for runners and bikes
-
Crossing a pedestrian on the bridge when biking is not safe at all!
-
Sheep Ck just south of RR by Ann's GreenhousesPavement is extremely rough, lots of loose gravel, vehicles traveling in both directions tend to stray into berm and south-bound traffic often crosses into oncoming lane to avoid RR bump; multiple hazards in a short span of roadway.
-
Didn't the taxpayers just spend a bunch of money building a bike path parallel to Gold Hill Road (only 1/4 mile to the south) along the Parks Highway only a year or two ago? Why is there talk of another one which would be such obvious duplication? I think our limited funds would be better prioritized elsewhere.
-
The transition from bridge to non-bridge on both ends, but especially on the north end, is incredibly sharp. Could some pavement be added to ramp up to the bridge to make the transition less of a jump for a bicycle?
-
I agree with the comment that a wider road would be safer on Yankovitch to accomodate both road bikes and mountain bikes since it has steep hills and many residential driveways. There is no shoulder to speak of on Yankovitch. This is very dangerous for all users of this road.

I bought roller blades to use on the bike path here. I was so excited to get that kind of exercise right out my door. I was so disappointed when I could not roller blade on the non-motorized path because of all of the gravel on it.

The massive amounts of gravel on the bike path at the east end of Farmers Loop Road makes it virtually unrideable. If you are not going to ticket 4-wheelers for riding on and alongside the path and kicking massive amounts of gravel onto it, then please at least sweep it often. When I ride out here, I use the road rather than the bike path because the bike path is basically a gravel path.
