There's a very confusing "passing lane" here that's not really long enough. It's so short that the "lane ends, merge left" sign is placed before the lane even splits. The second lane ends right where traffic from Capistrano is trying to turn left onto Hwy 1 north. I've seen several near misses and road rage incidents related to this extra lane.

Put a flashing red or yellow light or a stop sign just before the uphill portion of the bend on Cunningham Way. There is limited visibility for people exiting 280 who want to turn left onto Cunningham and vehicles approaching that intersection from Crystal Springs are often travelling very fast. Drivers exiting don't have time to react or find a safe spot to get out of the way.

In the 1980’s a barrier was placed between the lanes on highway 101 turning what was then called Blood Alley into a safe section of highway. Please do the same for 92 which will eliminate our constant accidents, injuries, never ending delays. Coastsiders need accessibility and safety

Intersection of Glenview Dr and Earl Ave. No stop signs for North-South traffic on Glenview Dr at the intersection. The intersection lies at the lowest point of the street for traffic coming either from the North or South on Glenview and cars speed up to 50mph when they hit the intersection. There is one park right at the corner of Glenview and Earl with an unprotected crosswalk on Glenview. There is another park close by on Glenview and Claremont Dr. This is a huge hazard to pedestrians visiting the park or kids playing in the park. The park at Earl and Glenview has no fence so good chance of kids or pets darting to the street.

As a resident of Crestwood Drive, I observe that roughly half of the vehicles traveling on Crestwood Drive between Fleetwood Drive and Valleywood Drive are greatly exceeding the 25 MPH speed limit and 5-10% are traveling up to 45 MPH or more. I believe that this happens in part because this stretch of Crestwood Drive is one of very few flat and straight streets in the area. The solution would seem to be a speed bump. Many residential parts of San Bruno already have speed bumps and they are sorely needed on Crestwood Drive.

Why isn't there isn't a wider paved road shoulder from the edge of Pacifica through the Tom Lantos tunnel to Montara? I'm talking maybe a foot extra on some areas or even half that. There are loads of steep curves, so visibility isn’t good for drivers or bikers. This issue affects biker and driver safety, and it contributes to more traffic on the weekends. There is no environmental or wildlife impact to paving a little more, only some extra brush.

For traffic east bound on Westboroutgh to Chestnut at El Camino, the close proximity of traffic lights at Chestnut & El Camino and Chestnut & Antoinette and the fact that they are not synchronized results in traffic backing-up onto El Camino and blocking northbound El Camino traffic when the light changes. This is a safety hazard the will only get worse as development continues at these intersections.

This intersection at Coronado and Avenue Alhambra/Santiago is confusing for drivers, pedestrians and bicyclists. Specifically, we need high-visibility crosswalks at the intersection since we have bus stops located here and 2 schools within a block. The sidewalk on the south side of Coronado just stops in the middle of nowhere (recently redone)? We also need complete sidewalks on the north side of Coronado.

We need and have requested STOP control at 7th and East Ave. This route is used by many to walk to the post office (In Montara we go to the post office to get our mail. It is not delivered to our homes). This is currently an uncontrolled intersection where at least one accident has been recorded. It is also only about 5 blocks from Farallone View Elementary School.
