Bicycle Facility Gap
This area is a main automotive thoroughfare, with a lot of large transport trucks. There is not a bike lane here.

There is no safe way for cyclists to cross Brookwood from Meek Rd, up and over the bridge to Jacobson Rd. Traffic is heavy and high speed causing cyclists to cross the southbound lane and wait for an opening to cross the northbound lane. With construction, it's been even more so crowded with aggressive motorists.

I drive Lombard frequently and think it could benefit greatly by being reduced to one auto travel lane in each direction and a continuous left turn lane from Interstate all the way to downtown St Johns. Currently most congestion is caused by left turn maker backing up traffic while they wait for a chance to turn. Removing a travel lane in each direction would likely have only a small impact on travel times, and Columbia Blvd has plenty of capacity to absorb peak travel time commuters. The reclaimed space could be used to expand sidewalks or add bike lanes and would help Lombard thrive as a business corridor. Currently it is loud, dirty and very unpleasant to walk and shop on.

As someone who drives, and would like to bike, the St Johns bridge, I really think there would be limited traffic impacts by dropping the bridge to one auto lane in each direction. The stoplights at either end of the bridge are the limiting factor here. Having two auto lanes does nothing except encourage drivers to accelerate up to 40+mph for the short straight-away of the bridge, only to have to jam on the brakes at either end.

Interstate, freeway, or expressway
bicycle connection from the Zoo to SW jefferson could be better. Currently I only ride in the downhill direction because of speeds being closer but i find that I have to cross the shoulder line which is bumpy. Perhaps a path could be created along the highway to accomodate bicycles more comfortably

Heading N on Scholls Ferry at this intersection is poorly designed with the amount of high speed traffic merging onto 217. It requires cyclists to dangerously merge into heavy traffic or stop and walk.

Heading Northbound onto Cypress needs attention. There is a lot of traffic merging together and smashing cyclists into the curb.

Either speed limit should be enforced here or better access for cyclists. I have seen people trying to ride on the tiny bridge sidewalk, and ride in the westbound lane and almost get run over. The Eastbound side at least has a sidewalk. There is also no crosswalk for peds across the I-5 Southbound ramp.

Heading Southbound on NW 185th here is dangerous for cyclists as the bike lane ends and heavy traffic is merging onto 26 westbound. In some instances it requires cyclists to merge onto the sidewalk in order not to be smashed between a truck and the curb.

Vehicles are using the bike lane as 'holding facility' while waiting to access Bridge Avenue during evening rush hour commute. This forces bicyclist into through traffic lane which is used heavily by freight and high speed traffic continuing east on HWY 30.

It would be great to have a way to safely cross 99W at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. This a great asset, but very difficult to get to by any way other than car.

Due to the Trolley Trail crossing, this intersection should be evaluated for additional opportunities to increase safety for those on bikes and on foot here.

Bicycle Facility Meets Standard
There appear to be two sets of lines here that would imply some confusion about whether there is a facility here, but I don't believe this is anything other than a shoulder--not a bike facilty.

As you're aware, 82nd Ave is a disaster for bikes and pedestrians. The 205 path is okay, though old and bumpy and sometimes a bit sketchy at night for some users. It also doesn't connect directly with places people want to go. Transforming 82nd with separated bike lanes and good medians could dramatically improve the area.

Shared Use Path
It would be great if people walking or on bikes could use the path that goes NE from this point, and crosses the 84/205 ramps to meet NE Fremot St at NE 105th Ave. I believe this may be a Union Pacific owned bridge? Or perhaps it is ODOT? It would save 2 blocks of out-of-direction travel for people going east on Fremont from this point.

The pinch points at each end of the Clackamas River 99E bridge, and the narrow walkways, will not be able to accommodate much growth in cycling or walking without some retrofit.

Bicycle Facility Meets Standard
This may "meet standard", but your standard is too low. This is a wide, loud, fast highway interchange area, and a wide, physically separated bike lane is the only way to make this a comfortable connection.

Once you get to SW Hall to head toward Beaverton you may be home free, but if you're trying to reach this stretch of bike lane on Hall from, say, a friend's house at SW Taylor's Ferry Rd & SW 80th (or further east on Taylor's Ferry), good luck!

This is a jogged connection of the future Raymond/Liebe bicycle boulevard, but there is no infrastructure to support safe, comfortable crossings.

Shared Use Path
The I205 path between stark and Washington is just a sidewalk, and does not meet shared use path standards. This whole couplet/interchange area makes the path crossing uncomfortable.

Kids can bike to school on safe path off Harrison. Would be nice if there was a frequent quick pedestrian triggered crossing light here for bikes and people. Traffic coming N is a little slower in section and will have time to stop. Traffic south is fast, but they already back up to the point during rush hour.

Existing Enhanced Crossings
The rapid flash beacon functions awkwardly with the long "z" crossing, resulting in improper use for all.

Great route for getting to train, but the west side floods, people can't decide if there is a turning lane, and cars S on 82nd enter Mill crossing into oncoming traffic regularly. Not sure - bike crossing sign, better lines, better curbs, bike box? Can odot do anything since it's more an issue with Mill?

There are bike lane gaps along NW Evergreen Pkwy nearing the intersection with Cornelius Pass. Bike routes from Hwy 26 on to Orenco Station need improvement, and from Orenco Station on to Hillsboro. Biking around the NW Imbrie Fred Meyer very unfriendly; too bad for businesses along Imbrie.
