bike path from Madonna Inn to downtown crosses 101N onramp. This is very dangerous as cars don't have a light here and are not expecting cyclists.

Blind turn into street due to designated parking areas that are too close to the exit

Unsafe intersection. 4-way stop. Should add a pedestrian light or button for safer crossing.

Southwest bound on Madonna, no bike lane, bikes are forced to either ride in aggressive traffic or ride on the sidewalk in order to cross LOVR. Bikers will often use the cross walk to cross LOVR, dangerous with traffic turning right on red.

Curbaril could use a separated bike lane especially around blind turns because cars drive really fast

This seems to be a very dangerous intersection and I have personally witnessed several collisions. The speed radar is a good idea, but it's hard to see and cars don't seem to heed it. Maybe a light?? Also, the city should consider speed bumps/humps on Peach St since cars fly down the street in both directions, which adds to the lack of safety.

As a cyclist, I feel safer riding in the street than I do using this bike lane on the sidewalk. Visibility is terrible and cars barrel into the bike lane looking to get on to Madonna all the time. SO unsafe and we need more signage, markings, or some other remedy.

This intersection is crazy! Probably need better signage (and signage reminding cars to look for cyclist/pedestrians when turning right from Higuera to High st). Also may need to consider a left turn only light for cars/cyclists trying to turn left from Higuera to High St, as it is often impossible to safely make that light.

I have almost gotten hit here twice, only 15-20 feet from where the ghost bike is located.

At-grade crossing should be built in coordination with the LOSAN project here, one of the only gaps in getting from Meadow Park to Marigold shopping center

Bike/ped signal makes it easy for residents of the new development to get downtown

Crossing Santa Rosa is the only gap in a safe route from N Chorro neighborhood to Cal Poly. A pedestrian signal could be timed with Highland & Foothill signals to create a safe crossing and remove most bike/ped interactions at Foothill/Santa Rosa

Crossing South at Woodbridge has created a safe route to Hawthorne Elementary School and Laguna Middle School that is used by students every day

Multiple near misses when walking/running around this corner because there is no sidewalk on Bullock Ln.

Low visibility at intersection due to parking on Rockview Pl in both directions. Have been in numerous near misses here.

Sacramento Dr. bike lane pavement is in poor condition, requires bicyclists with road bikes to ride in the auto travel lane in several places. It would be great to get this touched up since this is the only 1295 alternative to Broad St at this time
