I have attempted to cross at the Highway 58/Encina and traffic did not stop, even though I was in the middle of the intersection.

This entire intersection, no matter which direction one enters in, is a nightmare. From a personal experience though, driving north on W Branch and making a left turn onto Brisco, 7 times out of 10 the oncoming cars (coming south on W Branch and making a right turn onto Brisco) do not pay attention and cut me when I am making a left turn on green arrow while they have a red light. So many close calls there. Additionally, the cars often get stuck in the middle of the intersection, blocking highway access, because they are unable to complete their turn and due to congestion.

The bike lane here is extremely narrow, and the northbound direction is a steep downhill slope. As a driver, I'm always afraid that I'll not see a cyclist coming down the hill as I move to turn right. If I was a cyclist here, I'd be very nervous about a driver not checking over their right shoulder.

Add a No Right Turn Light so that when you are going North on Marsh and attempting to turn right onto Johnson you know when the Southbound traffic on March gets their green left turn signal.

the pedestrian flashing red light is good application here but the white line to stop behind is too far back and is confusing to motorists. Suggest putting the white line the normal distance from the intersection.

When turning right from Foothill to California the right lane is too narrow. Fix is to re-stripe and make make lane wider taking a little away from opposite side of California Blvd.

With Calpoly moving 300 people out to this business park if is vary hard to exit onto 227. There should be a light added to this intersection

This falls under driver education, bike lane is too wide and compact car will take it over when turning right and can be a hazard since the car driver in the correct lane is looking to their left for oncoming traffic to see if it is safe to turn on red and the violator swoops by on the right in the bike lane. Fix is to re-stripe so the bike land is not wide enough for a car.

Drivers exiting 101 to Santa Margarita either don't recognize that they are supposed to yield or just don't look over their shoulder. Put up a YIELD sign!

Many drivers speed through when people are trying to cross, ignoring the flashing pedestrian lights. I don't press the crossing lights if I see cars approaching, however cars parked on north side of the street block the view of west traveling vehicles, so when people start walking across, the speeding cars don't slow down.

Witnessed an accident in 2023 when a SUV heading east stopped for a pedestrian to cross and got rear ended by a speeding truck with plenty of reaction time but driver not paying attention..Luckily no injuries, only metal bent into a front wheel.

There are 7 ways to enter the intersection of Main and San Jacinto with obstructions to site distances. Occasionally a driver gets impatient and blows through the intersection without stopping.

There is no way for a cyclist to get through this intersection. A cyclist has to wait for a car to trip the light. Try that at night when there aren't any cars on El Camino going north. I have to run this intersection against a "red" all the time.

The intersection of Halcyon and El Camino is unsafe for cyclists. Going north on El Camino at that intersection, the bike lane ends and dumps a cyclists into a "no man" zone of merging traffic, plus there is no button to get through the intersection. A cyclists has to wait for a car to trip the light. Horrible.

Anywhere on Grand Ave, in both Grover Beach and AG, is unsafe for cycling. We need protected intersections for both cyclists and pedestrians. Plus in AG there is an incomplete bike network,

The entire section of Curbaril Avenue connecting El Camino Real to Morro Road lacks any cycling infrastructure, signage, or markings, making it extremely dangerous for cyclists. Most of this stretch has no shoulder or safe space for cyclists to avoid motorists. Visibility is also limited in certain areas due to vegetation and the topography of the road.

The segment approaching and departing the bridge lacks signage or markings to notify motorists that cyclists need to occupy the lane due to the absence of a shoulder. This creates a hazardous situation for cyclists, as motorists are not expecting to share the space and may be unprepared for their presence.

No crosswalks or safe way to cross Rossi Road, or Vineyard Road (near Rossi). You need to cross Vineyard, to get to the sidewalk on the north side of the street. There is no sidewalk on the south side of Vineyard. Vehicles are driving way to fast, and you put your life in their hands!
