Tank Farm Road needs to be repaved. The potholes are horrendous.

Improvement needed on South Higuera between Madonna Rd. and Prado Rd. impacting safety of bicyclists and pedestrians. A separate protected bike lane would be great in this location. Make it safer for bicyclists and pedestrians.

Northbound driver of Honda CRV drove 3 blocks down turning lane, swirving to miss two cars and traveling at at least 10 mph faster than other traffic going about 40 mph

AB413 oncoming traffic requires that the curb be red for crosswalk visibility. Patricia Dr x Craig Way curb is a zero visibility for children in the crosswalk when cars are parked at the intersection.

Traffic speed and cars not stopping for the pedestrian crossing of Broad Street at Upham Street. Most cars do not stop for the pedestrian signal and we do not feel safe crossing Broad Street to reach Hawthorne School.

One fatality and many injuries and close calls at this location indicate a change is needed.

This crossing is gigantic and we need some form of a bridge tbh

Cars getting on/off do not control their speed and there's no safe place to cross easily here

Speeding cars, no ped crossings between foothill and the on/off ramps

Very unsafe intersection due to limited visibility in northbound lane of traffic coming southbound, southbound vehicular traffic high speeds.

There is not enough room between cars and pedestrians/bicyclists on both sides of Tank Farm road. This is a major thoroughfare and based on the map, looks like it may be county land, but path separated from the 50mph traffic would help tremendously!

Very restricted vision of oncoming traffic while in either left hand turn lane on Los Osos Valley Rd at the Descanso intersection.

Unsafe narrow, unmaintained & unprotected bike/Ped . This route is heavily traffic and in both directions connecting Business, Residents, activities. Both directions along Tank Farm Road from Broad Street to South Higuera Street

Several times. Vehicles not stopping at stop signs and speeding right through-- I could have gotten hit while walking if not watching these irresponsible drivers from afar.

This intersection is very difficult to pull out onto Broad St. We live on Rockview and there is no safe way to turn north on Broad.

The crosswalk at Broad and Orcutt is very dangerous! I have had many close calls walking both directions. Cars come flying up the hill looking left for traffic but don't look ahead for pedestrians.

NB Broad @ Tank Farm (and other similar intersections throughout city) are designed to allow drivers to enter and block bicycle lane to turn right. Small ~100ft sections of curb between bike and car lanes at intersections can keep cars in their lanes

At intersection of Upham & High cars cannot see children crossing

Drivers stop well into bike lane.

There is a painted crosswalk across Chorro Street, but cars on Chorro don't stop for pedestrians and cars turning from Mill onto Chorro don't look for pedestrians. I actually bought a handheld stop sign to cross myself and my kids across Chorro.

Bike lane (and road) is in extremely poor condition, making it nearly unrideable for bikes. Furthermore, drivers coming out of the industrial businesses drive fast and often don't look.

Pedestrian light doesn't come on before vehicle light, and pedestrian corners are in blind spots for waiting cars.
