South bound Aurora Dr. to Johanssen traffic does not stop when turning right disregarding bike traffic going east.
-
Ped Crossing @ Airport Way/ Cowles (Especially in E/W direction) Crosswalk set too far from the intersection (no protection from turning vehicles coming from airport way {raised crosswalk on closer location}
-
5th Ave - Mission Pedestrian overpass (to include walking bikes) like over airport. Even the tourists walk from the NP visitor Center on mistletoe across the highway to see venues on 5th.

Walk to and from work - College Rd to FMH using Illinois. Concern- Safety of Illinois (West Side) Especially after rain when puddles extend into the road forcing bikes and pedestrians into a car lane.
-
Keep Parks Highway path open all year.
-
Souch Cushman Sidewalk is not usable for bicyclists. If you could improve the sidewalks to make it more bicucle, wheelchair, walker friendly, It would be appreciated.
-
Ballaine bike has disappeared but the population has increased. Make the shoulders available if we have pavement available on the "S" turn, hill side.
-
Designate shoulders for bicycle use on Richardson to at least EAFB
-
Keep what we have maintained, like on badger and Hurst (Pavement Missing)
-
Wider shoulders on Goldhill Rd
-
Need a bike/walking path to connect Chena Pump road to the boatramp and park at the river right here.
-
Many people in this neighborhood walk their dogs down to the river, boat ramp, park and have to walk along Chena Small Tracts Road. It is not a safe place to walk because there are no sidewalks or paths and there is only a very narrow edge of the road to walk on before ditches on either sides of the road. The road is in terrible disrepair (one of the worst maintained roads in the entire borough) and makes for travel on this road for both pedestrian and vehicle all that more dangerous.

south bound on illinois st just after Sunrise Expresso and before the FDNM driveway there are bad pot holes that have been there for 3 years at least. Avoiding them pushes bikes into traffic 3-4 feet.

Bike path needed from Badger and North Pole to Fairbanks bike system
-
Quirky handicap access to sidewalks force sharp turns for cyclists once they're up the ramp and entering the sidewalk; retaining walls/curbs add to the dangerous aspect.
-
Need paved bike/pedestrian access from Island Homes/Riverside Park through Graehl Park to Wendell Street/Old Steese, and to the Steese Expressway bridge.
-
Need a separated bike path on Bradway Road west of Badger Road Elementary School. There is an elementary school on this road and a lot of bike (especially children) and vehicular traffic. It is a very narrow road with very steep shoulders. It's only a matter of time before there is a fatality on this road.

Someone several years ago placed a fist full of concrete in the wide cracks here and on many places on the north side of the Johansen. These narrow connections across the cracks are a pleasant relief from the jarring bumps at numerous locations on bike trails throughout Fairbanks. This would make a great volunteer project for someone(s) to place a fist full on concrete across all the wide cracks on the bike trails.

Paving this path would make this a nice shortcut
-
This narrow paved connection is a nice shortcut and can be used to avoid the Philips Field Road/Peger Road intersection when heading west. However, the outside bend of Chief William Dr. had a lot of accumulate gravel that never gets picked up. It would be nice to have the gravel removed and recycled.
