Wrap the utility cabinets in a vinyl wrap with either Ardmore theme or local artists.

Continuity of planter/flower boxes along both sides of Lancaster Ave, Cricket and Rittenhouse to create a buffer between traffic and pedestrian, a hopeful traffic calming effect.

Parking lot drive material/color should change to mark entrance and warn pedestrians.

A 4 lane road will never be compatiable with a productive "downtown" area where people want to walk, eat, shop, and live. At a minimum, Lancaster should be 1 lane in each direction with a turn lane and bike lanes.

Mapes was forced out of this location by outrageously high rent. We need to support local businesses and resist gentrification so this area stays affordable.

There are two lanes leaving Station Rd. It would be great if we could add a straight/right turn arrow on the right lane and a left turn arrow on the left lane. This would make things a bit safer going towards one-way, single lane Cricket Ave.

This area has always been difficult both as a driver and a pedestrian. With the temporary transit platform near here it's even busier with people trying to cross. Need more clear signage and signals.

Would love to see better sidewalks/pedestrian access to the Ardmore station. We need clear pedestrian signals, crosswalks, and sidewalks near the station. Even during construction, cars are racing through Station Road and pedestrians must be very careful.

There are frequent accidents because people run this light a lot for some reason. Also a lot of cut-through traffic from people avoiding a left onto Lancaster from either Greenfield or Ardmore. Weird crosswalk angle on one side makes it sometimes awkward to cross because cars don’t notice you as easily.

Rittenhouse Place has such potential for booming, local businesses, but it seems more than 50% of the storefronts are boarded up and out of business. Would love some incentives to bring more shops, restaurants, and coffee shops to this stretch.

Could a pedestrian connection be created here to connect the rear public parking lot to Anderson Avenue/Station Road and the Train Station. More Connectivity and visibility of public parking.

This should be somehow a cul de sac or something that's slow and just for dropoff/pickup for the new station. People are using it as a cut through and it shoudl not be

This whole intersection should probably be narrowed. There's a ton of space for cars and it's hostile to pedestrians crossing

Cars veer around this intersection at top speeds to turn left onto Elm from Sheldon. We need a stop sign there or more sidewalks on the other side (something to calm traffic).

Parking lot has bad sight lines, narrow parking spaces, huge amounts of traffic entering and leaving in poorly-marked areas. Not safe for cars or pedestrians. Needs serious redesign.

This stretch of Montgomery Avenue has narrow sidewalks directly adjacent to high speed vehicular traffic. Traffic calming devices and strategies need to be deployed.

The narrow pedestrian sidewalk under the train overpass should have a hand rail or fencing separating pedestrians from vehicles. Something similar to the Haverford underpass.

The entire section along Lancaster Avenue devoted to car dealerships is unsightly, not pedestrian-friendly and increases vehicle exhaust. Please consider long-term changes in zoning for this stretch.

For cars turning left onto Montgomery from Anderson, this red light feels so sudden. I've often had to slam the brakes, as this very small stretch of Montgomery doesn't give enough time to evaluate the light.

This entire stretch of Lancaster should be more pedestrian friendly. There is no barrier between the sidewalk and the busy street, but for many non-drivers this spine is the only way to reach Whole Foods and Giant. We would love to see Ardmore's revitalization extend along this stretch.

I realize this area is outside the scope of the revitalization, but this intersection has so much potential, as the convergence of Ardmore, Narberth, and Wynnewood. Whole Foods is a wonderful anchor here, but the intersection is not pedestrian friendly at all. The defunct gas station on the corner could be a wonderful green space and gathering spot for residents from all three towns.

Would be lovely if they turned thjs large grassy area into a small park with benches, etc. there are not a lot of places to sit by suburban square. Might be a great use of untouched land

Add signage and enforce No Left Turn from Montgomery Avenue onto Saint James Place and No Left Turn from Saint James Place onto Montgomery Avenue.

Improve signage and enforce No Left Turn exiting Suburban Square parking lot.

The Woodside Road underpass is narrow, unlit, unguarded, and constantly deluged. It is a choke point between Ardmore and North Ardmore.
