Consider making this portion/block of Cricket Avenue pedestrian only on the weekends. Install bollards and allow restaurants to spill out into the streets.

More space on the sidewalk for pedestrians here would be nice. Parked cars pulling in and out of spaces don't look for those walking toward the station.

The township building has a very nice plaza in front! It would be great to see this extended on either side to provide a proper setting for such an important local landmark.

Prime location for a single retail outlet. encourage redevelopment of excessively suburban properties like this into mixed-use apartments/office and retail.

This area feels so great to walk along, the architecture and trees make it distinctive. New development should aim to emulate this block

The bump out here should be the standard for all intersections in Ardmore. With the way cars speed through here, every extra 3-5 feet helps (especially for those who are elderly, disabled, or injured).

This plaza kills the pedestrian experience west of Ardmore Ave. With the Piazza redevelopment moving forward, it is time to encourage similar remediation/redevelopment for apartments on this property.

This should be a public gathering space and park. There is currently no true public square in Ardmore and this location already feels right! The parking on site (while currently utilized) can easily be moved to the lot south of Cricket Terrace (which is often underutilized)

This intersection continues to be dangerous for pedestrians. A turn lane should be required for both directions on Lancaster and perhaps use red light cameras to police left turns and speeding through the light. I literally saw a little boy hit by a truck speeding through.

Cars coming onto Rittenhouse from Cricket can't see left or right without driving through the crosswalk and even then it's a blind left due to vehicles. Perhaps remove some of the parking spots and create a mini park per one of the other comments. Back in only parking should also be considered here so drivers are required to pull out straight.

Cricket Ave has a nice brick addition to the sidewalks but many areas along the street are eroding quickly, were damanged and never repaired by utility pole installation, or otherwise are broken and missing. Who is responsible and how can the township ensure these conditions are at least safe it not attractive.

Public right of way between sidewalks and street looks really bad here. Do we have to wait for the properties to be redeveloped?

I think it's disgusting that every street in Ardmore is either metered, permit, or 2 hour limit for parking. I can understand that in the immediate commercial zones, but where are residents without driveways/garages supposed to park? Not every inch of parking needs to be monetized.

Construction at the station has been very disruptive. I especially resent the fact that it has closed down the sidwalk for over two years, making it harder for pedestrians to navigate this area.

How could we incentivize owners of monolithic brick walls to allow murals and other public art?

This stretch of the south side of Lancaster Avenue is very sketchy for pedestrians...the sidewalk is narrow and there is no buffer against the speeding vehicles. I understand that LMPD is prohibited by state law from using radar to enforce speed limits, but there are other strategies for slowing down traffic and making Lancaster Ave safer and more inviting for pedestrians.

We should make better use of alleys as pedestrian cut-throughs, and they should be bright and have public art and benches for people to stop and appreciate it.

This crosswalk could be made less dangerous for pedestrians. Maybe shortening it with bump outs and better signage for drivers.

Great opportunity for a small park space at the SW corner of Rittenhouse Place and Cricket Terrace. Currently there are two benches, but it is overgrown, awkwardly graded, and uninviting. Some tables for folks to enjoy coffee, cheesteaks, sushi, bbq, or tacos from local businesses on Rittenhouse, perhaps?

I love that you all helped get the speed limit reduced to 25 MPH, but now after its done, I'm sorry anyone bothered. Just a big waste of money putting up new signs. No one polices this stretch, ever. The drag-racers love it at night too. Montgomery Ave is still a danger to walk along.

I wish there were more restaurants within a quick walk of this Cricket parking lot.

Put up a barrier at the end of the sidewalk to prevent pedestrians from crossing here. There are signs saying "not a crosswalk" and instructing them to cross Coulter and use the blinking pedestrian crossing area but they never do. Having pedestrians crossing there too is very disruptive to an already busy intersection and a little blockade like a large flower box etc would make it more clear to them that theyre not supposed to walk from where the soul cycle is across to the parking lot.
