This intersection feels difficult to turn left from Coulter towards Lancaster here. Is there a way to improve this?

Doesn't always feel like cars want to stop for crossing pedestrians here.

The map is incorrect, next to Past Present Future is Ardmore Eye care, at 11 W. Lancaster, Not American Trench, which when you click on it is listed at 7 E. Lancaster

Every stoplight has one of these big metal boxes to hold whatever wizardry controls stop lights. Let's beautify them with art, murals, community info boards, or anything.

Can we get rid of all the decapitated parking meters?

Tree is dead and cut down to a stump, light pole is covered in tape and extension cords. We can do better!

The painted crosswalks are a good start but this is functionally a four way intersection and pedestrians should have something better to encourage their use.

Eyesore. How can we encourage/incentivize the owner to update this?

Free covered bike parking! We should be advertising this more.

Let's improve this crosswalk with a raised crossing that will calm traffic and increase pedestrian safety. We should set/encforce the expectation that pedestrians have the right of way.

Nice bump out here for pedestrians but may need to be re engineered as it currently collects a lot of water during/after rain.

Good examples here of unmaintained tree boxes that look bad and probably get driven over often because of location. On the east side of this driveway there's also a covered/metal stormwater channel that looks really bad on the sidewalk.

Great place for greening/public park space. Less parking, more people!

We have several cute bike "racks" around town but I don't see anyone using them, would be good to survey local bikers and find out why/if they use these as there may be a need for them in better locations or we may just need bike racks that are a little more obvious.

How can we encourage/incentivize owners to better use this space? How many of these spots are used by tenants/residents and how many sit empty most of the time? Can surface parking be rightsized or could tenants be offered permit parking elsewhere to reduce the need for these ugly lots?

Decorative rocks used in the alley provide neighborhood rogues with plenty of ammunition for damaging walkway lights and vandalizing nearby cars in the townships parking lot. Discourage use of these rocks!

This intersection should be reconfigured to allow left turns onto Lancaster when heading south on Church. By not allowing lefts, more traffics is diverted away from the primary road onto secondary/tertiary streets.

I would hate to see an ugly building go here, as it would impact the viewshed of one of Ardmore's prettiest historic churches (Ardmore Presbyterian).

This area could benefit from redevelopment, but it closely abuts low density residential, and it is a narrow swath of land, so height should be limited and attention should be paid to the abrupt transition to LDR.

I have seen Narberth do it and we would be good to do it as well. We should keep national chains out of the area as much as possible. Locally owned stores with a max of a few locations should be prioritized. National stores take money out of the neighborhood and it is never reinvested. Additionally, unique shops, stores, and restaurants make our town a destination both for visitors and to live here. There is a sense of pride in things only we have in our town. We should do our best to continue to grow that.

This would make a great alley connecting parking or just providing another walkway off Lancaster

Terrible pedestrian experience, too many driveways, small, unprotected sidewalk, no green screen.

Bus pull off should be replicated elsewhere in the business district for delivery vehicles
