If these intersections can't be fixed we should invest in a pedestrian bridge or bridges over Anderson and connections somewhere deeper in Suburban Square to Lancaster and Montgomery

Storm water gutter in sidewalk appears to be filled in with rock and dirt, metal covering is mostly eroded away.

There's a windowless white van that's been parked in this parking lot for literally years, think someone is living out of it.

Remove old telephone polls and fix sidewalk on both sides of Valley Road to improve pedestrian safety.

Probably could just get rid of all this wasted space.

Would be great if this stretch was developed into higher density buildings over time. Would frame that end of the downtown area.

This would make a great path for a dedicated pedestrian/bike path

This parking lot seems like a great location to be redeveloped into some multi-use buildings.

Could we add a dedicated bike lane from Schauffelle plaza to the Septa busway via Trolley lane, Sheldon Lane and Lippincott Avenue?

We should redevelop this parking lot into more storefronts

This parking area could fit so many more cars if it had diagonal parking instead of parking on one side.

Woodside Ave. is actually pretty heavily used by pedestrians, but there is only one side walk and it is very narrow. There is a lot of traffic, and a lot of confusion due to cars coming in and out of the different businesses, especially Wawa. the parking lot there and at the gas station across the street are used as shortcuts by cars which further confuses the area for pedestrians, let alone other cars. I hope that I tagged this area properly. apologies if I didn't.

This parking lot area should be redeveloped into transit oriented housing.

Add a signaled crosswalk from Schauffele Plaza and the Ardmore Music Hall. Like the one just down the block.

This intersection is dangerous for pedestrians. Vehicles turning left from Station Road onto Lancaster do not have good visibility of pedestrians in the crosswalk the crosses Lancaster from Caliope to Delice. Maybe this could be an all-way stop for vehicles and an all-walk for pedestrians. The walk time should also be extended. A 5th crosswalk from the corner near DePaul's Table and crossing Lancaster diagonally to the corner near Pucci Manulli would be a nice addition, too.

This intersection should be made safer for pedestrians. Pehaps a three-way stop for verhicles, removal of some of the parking spaces to improve sightlines for vehicles turning from Cricket Terrace, and a crosswalk across Rittenhouse.

Would like to see Tesla super charger stations installed here and regular charging stations.

No crosswalk despite this being a popular crosswalk, no curb cut on the east side.

Bump out at the intersection is a mess. Whose responsibility is the maintenance of this?

Would be nice to have more trees on this stretch. Walking this stretch (from Ardmore Ave to Wyoming Ave) in the summertime is brutally sunny.

This spot is infested with roaches late at night. As are many many areas in central Ardmore: ranging from Suburban Square to Rittenhouse and to the Rite Aid shopping center. I frequently walk after dark and see them all over the place. The township needs to address this! I have been 'attacked' by one of these whilst dining outside at Not Your Average Joe's.

There is a water meter here that jots out into the side walk. The side walk is extremely narrow and highly trafficked, as is the street. People turning off of Lancaster onto Anderson often nearly collide into people (or crowds) walking up the other way, and this meter frequently causes someone to step onto the (busy) street in order to avoid collision. The spot is a disaster waiting to happen

South Wyoming is a shortcut for many people trying to get to Ardmore Avenue. The speeds people drive are dangerous and careless. It is a residential street. I have lived here over 20 years and the amount of traffic at the S. Wyoming/Lancaster intersection has tripled in that time due to massive residential development with no thought to infrastructure. Adding yet more residences in this area is only going to make it worse. I see the new retail storefronts on Cricket have been empty a long time - please, no more large condo buildings and more retail that will eventually get picked up only by chains that can afford the rents.
