Great use of alley for parking but can we get rid of the headless parking meters?

Nice corner park, would be nicer if fountain and nearby tree boxes were better maintained

Lovely mural on the side of Tired Hands, Township should support more public art

Nice one way "exit" from the neighborhood but are the metered spots necessary? Maybe these are better as permit spots for employees or residents.

Nice pedestrian cut through made ugly by chain link fences topped by barb wire. Township should work w/ owners to improve this space

Raised crosswalk here would calm traffic and provide safe harbor for pedestrians

This intersection makes no sense and is often complicated by illegal parking, vehicles backing out of dance studio lot, lack of stop bar at stop sign on Sheldon

Close to vehicular traffic, amazing pedestrian mall

Actually a nice parking lot tucked away but it should include direct access to Anderson

Plans for future parking garage should include redevelopment of these lots, one of these entrances should be closed or both turned into one way only in and out.

No offense to the businesses here, but these have got to go. The Township should find incentives to have these properties moved or redeveloped so they fit the rest of Ardmore. Numerous issues, including a recent pedestrian fatality, make this a horrible stretch of Lancaster to walk, bike, or drive through. At a minimum something should be done at the owners expense to prevent employees from constantly walking across Lancaster.

Shouldn't this be a school zone for Regina Angelorum?

Is surface parking the best we can do here? The Township should encourage the owner to green this space or pursue development of affordable housing with a public parking component.

Very bleak and high vehicular exposure while walking along this stretch.

Grateful to St. Mary's for keeping their property open to the public - this is the only "shortcut" to the shops on Greenfield, as every other access point is cut off.

Traffic along here is almost always extremely congested, due to drivers trying to turn left at the light.

These narrow corner sidewalks leave pedestrians very exposed while you are waiting to cross the street in this location.

VERY bad "intersection" - cars leaving the parking lot cannot see very well in either direction due to the building to the west, and parked cars to the east.

Successful new construction, in terms of scale and integration into the existing neighborhood. This building should be the model for all new development in the area.

Can we do something here to improve the sustainability of this enormous paved area? Rainwater collection, solar panels, additional shade trees?

Difficult and dangerous to cross the street(s) here.

Need a mid-block pedestrian crossing somewhere along this stretch.

With all of the under-utilized parking in the public garage at One Ardmore, this surface lot should be redeveloped as a community park, while also maintaining the ability to host events (as frequently happen in this space).
