This is the gateway from one side of the tracks to the other side of the tracks. Spend some money here to improve this stretch. Incentivize property owners to actually maintain their properties. So many businesses don't have the funds to rehab a derelict building because the property owners refuse to maintain their buildings and/or "real estate agents" representing these properties are only interested in lining their pockets and have zero interest in the overall make-up of businesses located here. We need better property owners and MUCH better, legit real estate agents who care about the town.

If the township is serious about making Ardmore more pedestrian friendly, I would encourage officials/staff to walk the sidewalks in Ardmore in pairs (side by side) and see how far they get before having to resort to single file line in order to pass all of the obstructions encountered.

This needs to become an all-walk crosswalk (similar to what Wayne has done at its major intersection), especially once the new train station is finally completed.

The township needs to start charging significant blight fees to derelict property owners and shady, greedy residents who call themselves "real estate agents." This stretch of properties is an embarrassment, and has been for a decade or more.

both sides of this street have signs, one a stop sign, the other a no parking sign, in the middle of the sidewalk, making this inaccessible for wheelchairs, strollers, etc. There's another comment about this but it's in the wrong spot on the map just down the street.

Reduce the travel lanes on Lancaster Avenue from four lanes to two lanes plus a left turn lane. Widen the sidewalks on both sides, adding curbside parking where parking is currently absent throughout the commercial district.

Create a new crossing, bridge or underpass, of the railroad tracks at this location to improve accessibility between the the Ardmore community on the south side of the tracks with amenities on the north side.

Develop a plan for the reuse of the former Ardmore Theater building, hopefully providing something that will be a community wide asset and accessible for everyone..

The sidewalk needs replacing. It is ugly and uneven. Sidewalks should be attractive

Leave Holland Ave. alone. We already have enough traffic and there is no need to have the traffic from Woodside come into Holland.

The residential area is directly impacted by the development of downtown Ardmore. It is important to restrict the height of buildings in downtown Ardmore to reduce the impact of traffic on the residents. Lighting is also important to consider as some of the lighting from the dealerships come through residents windows. It is not practical to reduce the lanes on Lancaster Ave. as traffic already backs up and many people are not able to leave their cars at home.

Holland Ave. should remain a one way street. The street is too small for a two way traffic.

This is a very dangerous intersection for pedestrians. The crosswalk across woodside doesn't align with the ramps and you have to walk into traffic to cross at the crosswalk. The traffic signal pole is in the middle of the pavement making it impossible to navigate around in a wheelchair or stroller.

The Citizens Bank property is an eyesore- broken concrete, weeds. Barely used parking lot. They need some greenscaping here and some streets trees.

This side of Greenfield needs a crosswalk and pedestrian signal. It's unclear why there is a "no pedestrian crossing" sign here. There is a need for a crosswalk.
