This would be a great spot for a spray ground

The intersection of Spring and Cricket needs to be a 4 way stop instead of a light. Cars come racing down Cricket when they see the light is green in order to make the light.

This is a very dangerous intersection because cars don't know where to stop and sometimes just glide on through. Myself and my children have nearly been hit more than once.

I know this is outside the study area but this is a small commercial corridor that could be made better with assistance to existing businesses and landlords.

This park is a gem. The swings are fairly squeaky but other than than. Amazing. Suggetions: install solar panels on duggouts and bathrooms. More trees. Force LMLL to pick up trash.

Can we create playing fields here intstead of parking?

Green this space. too much parking not enough trees.

the mass of parking lots in front of these stores is massive. It is a hot black top (please put trees if the parking lot remains), also it is a struggle to cross from the parking lot to the stores. I run for my life. So Green this space and remove some cars. More bike lanes too.

bike lanes in this stretch would be great for students, staff, faculty to be able to bike to school.

I like to walk from Narberth to Ardmore to visit businesses and restaurants. This route is so hard to walk, as cars go by so quickly and the side walks are thin and the car dealerships park to the curb sometimes.

both sides of this street have signs, one a stop sign, the other a no parking sign, in the middle of the sidewalk, making this inaccessible for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.

This pedestrian crossing and road is a problem for drivers and pedestrians. I agree with forcing the pedestrian crossing to one spot and think options such as a 3 way stop for cars might be good first steps. But these will just back cars up more onto Montgomery and coming down from Lancaster. So I'm not sure what the solution is. But with the additional residential and commercial development going into Suburban Square, this is only going to become a larger problem.

The ice cream shop needs a bike rack and trash can.

The Martin Dealership is a priority site for redevelopment to improve the streetscape.

There are greening opportunities along the fronts of the Masonic Hall and Post Office.

The facades between Bam Bam and Best Auto Tags should be improved.

The frontage along the martin Honda Dealership once had on street parking. The curb still extends towards the property. If the curb was pushed out to be even with the rest of Lancaster Avenue thee would be more room to widen the sidewalk along a section that needs to be widened.

the NW corner of the Lancaster Avenue and Church Road intersection should be expanded to provide a right/center turn lane so traffic does not back up from left turns. This will require acquisition of a few feet of property from the car dealership.

On Street Parking should be removed and replaced with sidewalk at the SW corner of the Church Road and Lancaster Avenue.

Make lancaster Ave from Wynnewood Road to Greenwood Ave and beyond a mutimodal highway. Two lanes for cars, one protected bike lane, a wide sidewalk for pedestrians. With plenty of native shrubs and plants and trees dotting the corridor.

Reverse the one way flow of traffic on Holland to prevent drivers and infiniti employees from speeding up this small residential street.

Trash can here and others in this parking lot are frequently overflowing. Increase trash pick up or install smart/compactor cans.

Can someone from the shade tree commission have a talk with Suburban Square about their trees? They clearly value shade because they've planted so many trees along the sidewalks, but their landscapers consistently plant them too deeply and over mulch them and many of trees are already failing before they are old enough to provide much useful shade. A little training here could go a long way.

There is currently no side walk or bike path from this point on Lancaster Ave (from Ardmore to Wynnewood). It is not safe to walk through the parking slots and lots along the road. This would benefit current and future development.

Widening the sidewalks on Station Rd and turning the road into greenspace so that restaurants could offer outdoor dining and the town had an open space to run events would be a major improvement.
