Vision Zero doesn't make sense the way you are going after it. For you to ask for people to "weigh in" on issue areas so you can have an excuse for more bike lanes / curbs humps and bumps is not the right appraoch.

Motel sign blocks view of drivers exiting the motel. They don't see eastbound cyclists approaching the driveway until they are in the bike lane.

LOVR needs rumble strips at the edge of the bike lane. It is mostly two lanes, and drivers favor the right side of the lane to avoid head-on collisions. There are too many close calls. there

protected bike lane limits vision of bike and cars of each other as cars turn in to driveways, and this is complicated by narrowing of traffic lanes to one lane on Higuera. Limit parking bostructing vision and limited speed of bikes ( ie E-bikes

Crossing the bridge on Madonna Rd that goes over the 101 is dangerous in both directions. Heading southwest on Madonna, it's particularly dangerous just as you enter the bridge because of plant overgrowth and a narrow, poorly marked section.

This road is a major route to go from West to East. There is no bike lane, drivers speed and there is no enforcement.

The bike lane is sporadic in width confusing drivers. Many drivers drift on the road due to the speed and narrowness of the road. Like Buckley, this is a death trap waiting to happen.

It's dangerous heading northeast on Madonna Rd as you cross over the 101 entry/exit area. The bike lane markings are very faded and the useable area is very narrow.

Going from Higuera to S. Higuera at the Madonna Rd intersection is confusing for both the driver and biker. Trying to continue onto S. Higuera is nerve racking as the car traffic forks off to Madonna Rd.

Why are these intersections for cyclists signed with stop signs and stop bars instead of yield signs? Or signs to indicate the pedestrians have the ROW?

Even with the new bike lane improvements, vehicles are travelling at excessive speeds on Chorro St, with the most dangerous area between Hwy 101 and Mill St. Very difficult to make a left turn from Peach onto Chorro (northbound).

difficult to turn left from Mountain View either direction on Chorro due to blocked view and high speed of traffic.

very dangerous to cross the on-ramp entrance - vehicles travelling at high speeds and don't stop- and you have to cross here to connect to the bike path.

Making a left turn from Elks Ln onto Higuera by bike is stressful and dangerous due to having to cross 4 lanes of high speed traffic. A pedestrian hybrid beacon hear would help.

The small RTA van parks in the bike lane to unload passengers at the Avila Senior Living facility rather than using the parking lot.

The left turn bike box on Marsh & Nipomo is too close to the drive lane rendering it unusable. I've used it a few times and each time drivers stop b/c they think I'm going to ride in front of them. While in the box it feels like I'm going to be hit.

Three close calls on new protected bike lane on WB Higuera. One from pedestrian, one from vehicle turning right into driveway, and one from vehicle pulling out of driveway

Vehicle driver failed to look for traffic on Victoria (flowing into Emily St) before turning right. Fortunately I was able to stop as I gently ran into the car on my bike. Had she entered the intersection a half second later it would have been bad.

Pedestrian/cyclist signal was engaged, traffic in 3 lanes were completely stopped, so I proceeded to cross Broad. Northbound vehicle in left lane blasted through intersection almost hitting me.

Southbound vehicle turned into me (cyclist also southbound) when trying to turn right onto Caudill. The driver had just driven up to be parallel with me, so it is hard to believe he/she did not see me. Collision averted by locking brakes and skidding

We should have a shared bike/ pedestrian sidewalk lane like Madonna on S. Higuera from LOVR to Madonna. Bicyclists already bike on the sidewalk and many people bike the wrong way in the bike lane. I've had to avoid multiple people 1295 wrong way.
