PLEASE add a bus route along LOVR to SLO.

The stop light into town seems to go to red automatically, regardless of other traffic. In the middle of the night the light will still turn red and stay red for far too long.

Driving this road has been turned into.a nightmare due to attempt at incorporating exercise along with car travel. Why? As if there aren't enough places to do those things elsewhere?

Widen the bike lane here.

Make a designated pedestrian only path along the open space to increase safety.

Please put a combined bike/pedestrian path with separate lanes for each downhill from the road.

Please make separate bike/pedestrian lanes on a hard surface path downhill from road.

We need public transportation to zip down LOVR all the way to Higuera. We can transfer to city buses or walk to businesses from there.

Pine would be more manageable if people could drive from Baywood to LOVR and the Community center/Library on Palisades. Please complete that road.

Traffic on LOVR at Palisades and at Pine would be relieved greatly if Palisades could be a through street connecting to Baywood. I know this is slightly off topic, but it is relevant. At minimum a bike/pedestrian way to the Library and community center.

The light cycle at 9th and LOVR needs to adapt better to traffic. At high-volume times on LOVR, it makes sense to favor that pathway. But turning left from 9th onto LOVR takes forever the rest of the day, because it's seemingly (2 minutes LOVR) followed by (10-15 sec 9th St) over and over.
Related, even if you make the left-hand turn from 9th onto eastbound LOVR, you'll never make it through the light at LOVR and 10th!

Abundant wildlife crosses at this area. To enhance roadway safety and reduce the amount of animal strikes I recommend the construction of a wildlife crossing under the highway at this area.

The best option for LOVR would be a light transit the entire route. Nothing grandiose is needed, nor too big. Simple cars and small would suffice. If attractive cars were created, along the likes of the San Francisco cable cars, people would come from far and wide to enjoy the little trip out to the sea and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Valley. A modern system could probably be entirely automated.

THIS TRAFFIC ISSUE WILL NOT BE FIXED UNLESS THE STATE FIXES THEIR MESS ON HWY1, AND 101 RAMPS IN SLO. IF UR GOING TO MB AND POINTS NORTH U TAKE LOVR, NO MATTER IF UR GOING NB OR SB 101, OR IN SLO.

WHERE DID U ADVERTISE THIS STUDY? I PICKED IT UP ON THE ESTERO NEWS. SOME COMMENTS ARE 3 WEEKS OLD.

THIS INTERSECTION SIGNALS ARE SET, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THERE IS TRAFFIC IN THAT LANE OR NOT. THIS SIGNAL SHOULD ALSO BE INTERTIED WITH THE CITY SIGNALS. ALTHOUGH THE CITIES ARE NOT SEQUENCED OR INTERTIED. ON A SATURDAY I'VE WAITED 3 SIGNALS TO GO EAST. WEEKDAYS ARE WORSE, ESPECIALLY DURING RUSH HOUR TIMES, MAYBE UPGRADE THE CONTROLS ON THIS SIGNAL.

IN THIS AREA TRAFFIC SPEED LIMIT 55 ENDS, 45 STARTS, WB. ITS 45 EB TO JUST SHORT OF THE CEMETARY, THEN 55. PULLING OUT OF THE MANY DRIVEWAYS AND SIDE STREETS IS A CHALLENGE, WHETHER UR TURNING RIGHT OR LEFT. SOME DRIVEWAYS AND STREETS HAVE NO OR BLIND SIGHT DISTANCE. I THINK THE SPEED LIMIT SHOULD LOWERED TO AT LEAST 45 THRU THIS AREA FROM SOUTH BAY TO THE CEMETARY.

Traffic light at Foothill and LOVR is not synchronized for rush hour traffic. Traffic flow is very heavy late afternoon from SLO to Los Osos via LOVR. Traffic backs up all the way into SLO from this intersection due to not having a "smart" traffic light at this important intersection.

There is no safe way to walk to and from the Library/senior center or shopping downtown in this area.

Cars are able to park on the south side of LOVR road in this area. When cares are parked in this area it forces bikers to move out of the bike lane and into the flow of traffic.

I believe it is this property where the home virtually sits on LOVR. If an easement of some sort could be gained here LOVR could be widened to accommodate a multi-use pathway on this side of the street.

Pecho Road from Rodman to MDO is extremely narrow and dangerous for bikers attempting to ride into the park and virtually impossible for walkers/hikers to use the road (only park entry) to gain access to the trail network. There are oak trees that are growing into the roadway narrowing access even further.

Pecho Road has a multi-use path on the west side. This path dies out into a small eucalyptus grove just prior to the intersection with Rodman Drive. This forces path users to enter Pecho Road in a very unsafe spot. Suggest removal of the eucalyptus and extension of the multi-use path to Rodman.

The west side of Pecho Road has a multi-use walk/bikeway that ends shy of the interrsection with Rodman Road. This forces the walker/bikers to wind through the eucalytus trees and out to Pecho before attempting to cross Rodman Road to enter Cabrillo Estates. This crossing is extremely dangerous, as there is heavy traffic in this area (particularly on weekends) entering and exiting MDO State Park. Suggest a better crossing (lighted crosswalk?) to help users get safely across the street.

Some kind of biking trail that is parallel to but not on the road would be incredibly helpful for the safety of bikers.
